Computing pioneer Alan Kay calls Apple's iPad user interface 'poor'
Alan Curtis Kay is recognized as one of the few people behind the concepts that have defined much of personal computing over the past three decades."
Mr. Kay makes some important points here, although I do believe "authoring" photos (photography) and videos (videography) are not underrepresented on the iPad, but I do think a Smalltalk-like environment for creating iPad apps on the iPad is probably what he imagined.
